A good balance of resistance & jumps (Trumpets, Danza Kuduro, Watch Out For This, Stronger) and some serious sprints (Feel So Close, Wake Me Up, Pump It, Hey Now), this playlist is spinning on Red Bull! So fill up your water bottle, grab a towel (you’ll need it), get on your bike & enjoy the ride! Most playlists have a strong Latin influence but I try to incorporate all styles & music genres. Over the years of teaching spinning I have accumulated a generous collection of upbeat, powerful & fun spinning songs.
